It is the objective of this Privacy Policy to detail how Stoller Australia Pty Ltd (Stoller) intends to abide by the APPs (Australian Privacy Principals).

Our obligations

Thank you for dealing with Stoller Australia Pty Ltd, whose Head Office is located in Adelaide, SA. We respect and protect the privacy of our users. This privacy policy tells you how we collect
and use information. (APP 1) Stoller is bound by the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles.

Personal information

The term “Personal Information” in this privacy policy means any information from which your identity is apparent or can be reasonably ascertained.
Stoller collects personal information which is reasonably necessary to:

This is particularly relevant if we are collecting personal information about you from someone other than yourself. We will also make it clear to you if we are required to collect such information by reason of a law or some other legal instrument; why we are collecting such information and any potential consequences for you if we do not collect such information. Other than circumstances such as unlawful activity or serious threats to health and safety, we do not share Personal Information with other agencies. If you ask us about an issue that needs to be dealt with by another agency, we will provide you with the necessary details to make contact yourself. Stoller collects personal information from you for a specific reason. This is referred to as the primary purpose. Stoller agrees to not use or disclose this information for a secondary purpose unless you consent to us doing so, or under the circumstances involved we believe you would reasonably expect Stoller to use or disclose the information for a secondary purpose and that

(APP 7) Stoller will take all steps reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that the personal information we collect from you is accurate, up to date and complete. Where we collect information from you directly, we rely on you to supply accurate information and we may not consider that further steps are required (APP 10).

How we protect your Personal Information

You may request access to Personal Information about you that we hold (APP 12) and you may ask us to correct your Personal Information if you find that it is not accurate, up-to-date or complete. (APP 13) You may also make a complaint about our handling of your Personal Information. These services are free of charge (APP 1). To protect your privacy and the privacy of others, we will need evidence of your identity before
we can grant you access to information about you or change it. You can contact us by email, or send your request or complaint to the postal address below. We undertake to respond within 30 days. If the request or complaint will take longer to resolve, we will provide you with a date by which we expect to respond (APP 1).
